A Christmas visit from "you know who"
Project Santagram 2023 is now underway and we are now in the planning phases.
You will be able to pick from:
A personal telephone call with Santa for approximately 5 minutes to a child of your nomination, at a charge of £5 per child.
orA visit to your front door from Santa to deliver gifts (given by yourself), to your children along with a brief chat from Santa, at a charge of £10, for a maximum of two children, £3 per extra child over the two children limit.
An online booking system will be launched in late November at the address below. We are proposing time slots between 11th and 23rd of December, weekday evenings and all day at weekends, this will be determined by interest of enquiries. Please note, only the Wixams development will have access to this opportunity for 2023 due to limitations of our team's time and distance to travel.
We anticipate a high demand for this service, therefore we will offer bookings on a first come, first served basis. Please make sure to register your interest at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. We will automate the booking and payments system online to make the process as seamless as possible.
Please note, all money raised will be support 'Operation Oscar Bear', all volunteers will be taking no payments in cash or kind, and giving their time to support our efforts.
FAQs
Santa home visits are £10 per household for up to two children. Additional children are £3 each.
This additional fee covers the additional time allocation required at the address.

Prior to Santas visit, please leave any gifts/cards that you'd like Santa to re-gift to your child(ren) on your doorstep. Our elves will collect these just before Santas arrival.
Santa will knock on door and spread Christmas cheer within the time slot provided.
Santa will spread Christmas cheer, as well as surprise your children with some facts about them... as he knows everything!
When we take your payment for your booking, we will also ask you for a few facts about your children. This could include what good things they've done this year, and possibly where they may need to redeem themselves in the remaining few days running up to Christmas.
It's best to keep your pets in another room during the visit.
Visit time slots will be scheduled based on location to keep Santa and his Elves route as efficient as possible.
In advance of your visit, including prior to taking your payment, and after confirming your booking, we will try our best to accomodate changes to your visit, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to accomodate all requests.
If Santa and his elves visit your property and no one is present, we won't be able to arrange a second visit or provide a refund.
Your donation will still go to Operation Oscar Bear.
